Ter Progetti Srl is a company that designs process plants in the chemical, pharmaceutical, resin, cosmetic and food sectors.

With the experience gained over decades, it can support customers from the feasibility study to the complete project and the construction and start-up of the plant.

This Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct describes the key principles that govern all the activities and the conduct of employees, professionals, and collaborators of Ter Progetti.

It clearly expresses the ideals to which we aspire and the mandatory behaviors in carrying out our profession, expanding the range of action of the Company to a concept of social responsibility and sustainability,understood as the right balance between its economic, environmental, and social dimensions.

2) General principles of Ethical Code

Compliance with ethical values

Ter Progetti has as an essential ethical principle compliance with laws, regulations, rules, as well as the values and principles of ethics in force in all the countries in which it operates; therefore, no relationship will begin or continue with anyone who does not intend to adopt and/or comply with these principles.

Since the work environment is carried out daily by those who work there, all employees and collaborators of Ter Progetti must contribute to the construction and maintenance of a climate of mutual respect, showing attention to colleagues and to the sensitivity of each one, in a climate of collaboration and help.

The protection of people's health and safety is one of the primary objectives of the Ter Progetti. The activities both in the offices and at the customers' premises are carried out in full compliance with current legislation on the protection of health and safety in the workplace as well as the specific applicable prevention regulations. Ter Progetti undertakes to process, in accordance with the provisions of current laws on confidentiality, personal data and confidential information collected and managed as part of its business. To this end, all its employees and collaborators are required to act in accordance with the company data security policy prepared by Ter Progetti for data management in line with privacy legislation.

Confidentiality of information

Information and communications to the outside world must be truthful, accurate, complete, clear, transparent and understandable, so as to allow awareness to those who receive them. In accordance with the provisions of the laws in force, Ter Progetti protects the confidential nature of the information in its possession, respecting the confidentiality obligations provided for by Ter Progetti itself both in the case of secrecy agreements and in normal contracts. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to use confidential information for purposes not strictly related to the exercise of one's activity both in one's offices and when one is on site with customers.

Information processing and confidentiality obligation

The know-how of projects, solvent recovery plants (DMF, DMAC and DMSO), production and distribution of pure steam (CS), purified water (PW) and water for injection (WFI) of Ter Progetti is a resource and fundamental asset. Confidentiality is therefore considered an essential requirement for the protection of the industrial and intellectual property of Ter Progetti. Breach of the duty of confidentiality may cause irreparable damage to the Ter Progetti. Each employee or collaborator is therefore required to maintain the utmost confidentiality and not to disclose to unauthorized persons, and in any case externally, the information that constitutes the know-how of Ter Progetti. Given the sensitivity of the information known by Ter Progetti and the consequences of their dissemination, the communication of news not yet public, concerning the activity of the Ter Progetti, are totally forbidden.

The environment is a primary asset that Ter Progetti is committed to safeguarding. To this end, the Ter Progetti develops the projects requested by customers always in full compliance with regulations and considering the development of scientific research and best experience in this field, to seek compatibility between economic initiative and environmental requirements.
For this reason, Ter Progetti promotes with its customers behaviors and activities aimed at reducing environmental impacts and is actively engaged in the constant adaptation of projects to the best practices and technologies of reference (Best Available Technologies).
3.3 The chemical industry and in particular pharmaceuticals are considered one of the causes of greatest danger to the health of workers and the environment.

Ter Progetti has always engaged in the development of techniques to significantly improve and minimize these incidences, with targeted choices already in the process engineering phase and then develop them in basic and detailed engineering.
